Purpose:
The DfT confirmed on 31st March that Lancashire County Council has been awarded Highway Incentive funding in 2017/18 of £1.973m. The Capital Board met on 18 May 2017 to recommend the schemes to spend the funds on.
Compliance with Standing Order No 25, where a notification is required to be published 28 days in advance, was impracticable. This was because the Capital Board only met on 18 May 2017 to consider and recommend the schemes.
Decision:
The Cabinet agreed the recommendation as set out in the report.
