County Councillor David Borrow, the Deputy Leader of the County Council considered and approved a reduced Local Member Grant of £419 to Kidz 4 Kidz for costumes for the cast members and the hire of the microphones.
The reason for the reduction is that Cllr Borrow had a further application that we wanted to fund equally with the remaining funds he had available.
