Purpose:

This report sets out a series of recommendations in relation to proposed community asset transfers, building transfers and the establishment of Independent Community Libraries.

 

Decision:

County Councillor David Borrow, the Deputy Leader of the County Council and County Councillor Marcus Johnstone, the Cabinet Member for Environment, Planning and Cultural Services approved the recommendations as set out in the full report.
