This report sets out a recommendation to approve a contract for the provision of children's social care in Lancaster.

County Councillor Geoff Driver, the Leader of the County Council and County Councillor Susie Charles, the Cabinet Member for Children, Young People and Schools approved the recommendation as set out in the full report.

This decision should be implemented immediately for the purposes of Standing Order 35 as any delay could adversely affect the execution of the County Council's responsibilities in respect of children's social care in Lancaster.
