County Councillor Paul Hayhurst refused a Local Member Grant of £640 to Horse + Bamboo Theatre towards the annual Lancashire Arts Exchange on 20 October at Lytham Hall.
The reason for the rejection is that Councillor Hayhurst feels that the eventwould take up a large proportion of his remaining grant which is likely to have limited appeal for most of the Division that he represents.
