In line with the County Council's procurement rules, this report sets out a recommendation to approve the commencement of the following procurement exercises:
(i) Cuerden Development Site – Multi Utility Infrastructure Supplier
(ii) Cuerden Development Site – Earthworks
(iii) Provision of Debt Collection Services via Debt Market Integrator
(iv) Broughton A6 Corridor Works
(v) A59 Pendle Road Clitheroe Works
(vi) Eastway Phase 2 Works
(vii) Provision of Transport Services – Wheelchair Framework
These are deemed to be Key Decisions and the provisions of Standing Order No.25 have been complied with.
