To enable the full business case to be finalised and presented to the Lancashire Enterprise Partnership and in turn the Department for Transport, the City Deal Executive and Stewardship Board must first confirm its support for the local contribution needed for the North West Preston Road Programme and the county council, as accountable body for the Lancashire Enterprise Partnership, support the commitment made by City Deal as deliverable.
