Purpose:
This report considers a request submitted to the Lancashire Resilience Forum by 'Community Foundations Lancashire and Merseyside' for a contribution of funding to help kick-start a fundraising appeal for community groups and organisations across Lancashire. The fund will support communities on the front line dealing with the impact of the outbreak who have been affected by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
