This report sets out the opportunities that have been explored with the Shadow Board of The Fold and the current rate of occupancy The Fold Centre at Little Digmoor School, and makes recommendations in relation to the future use of the building.
The Cabinet Member for Children and Schools and the Leader of the County Council approved the termination of the remaining occupancy arrangements and approved the demolition of the Fold Centre building as soon as practically possible.
