County Councillor Mike Otter rejected a Local Member Grant to Penwortham Holme West Allotment Association for a contribution towards the cost of the purchase of a tractor mower for use on the allotment site.

The reason for the rejection is because County Councillor Otter has already been notified of several applications requesting funding during this current financial year which he would like to fund.  Should these applications be approved County Councillor Otter would have no funds remaining in his local member grants budget.
