County Councillor Tony Martin, the Cabinet Member for Adult and Community Services, County Councillor Matthew Tomlinson, the Cabinet Member for Children, Young People and Schools and County Councillor Marcus Johnstone, the Cabinet Member for Environment, Planning and Cultural Services approved the recommendations of the Joint Advisory Committee from its meeting on 27 June 2014 as set out below:
