Purpose:

This report sets out recommendations in relation to the proposed Skelmersdale Rail Link.

Decision:

County Councillor John Fillis, the Cabinet Member for Highways and Transport and County Councillor David Borrow, the Deputy Leader of the County Council approved the recommendations as set out in the full report.
