Purpose:

As part of the normal process of service delivery the approved Highways and Transport Capital Programmes now require certain amendments in order to meet the emerging priorities and to respond to some unanticipated service demands. The proposed amendments including additional schemes and changes resulting in a variance of +/- 10% of the originally approved budget are set out at Appendix 'A'.


Decision:

County Councillor John Fillis, the Cabinet Member for Highways and Transport approved the proposed amendments to the Highways and Transport Capital Programmes as outlined in Appendix 'A'. The financial implications of the proposed changes can be contained within the previously approved capital allocations.
