Purpose:

The report seeks approval to release £0.480m from the Authorities Capital Programme to the increase the Core Systems Transformation Project Budget. The Core Systems Transformation project is introducing a Highways Asset Management System which replaces 23 existing systems and will support the recently agreed Highways Service Structure.


Decision:

County Councillor David Borrow, the Deputy Leader of the County Council and County Councillor Tony Martin, the Cabinet Member for Adult and Community Services approved the recommendations as set out in the full report.
