Purpose:

Approval is sought for an exemption to Lancashire County Council Procurement Rules so that Lancashire County Council can enter into a regulated contract for water and wastewater retail services.

 

This is deemed to be a Key Decision and the provisions of Standing Order No. 26 have been complied with.

County Councillor David Borrow, the Deputy Leader of the County Council approved the recommendations as set out in the full report.
