This report recommends acceptance of a revised offer on Winckley House, 58 – 60 Guildhall Street & Guild House, Preston.

County Councillor David Borrow, the Deputy Leader of the County Council approved the recommendation as set out in the full report.

This decision should be implemented immediately for the purposes of Standing Order 34(3) as any delay could adversely affect the execution of the County Council's responsibilities.  The reason for this is any delay could risk losing the offer and to demonstrate a firm intention to proceed.
