Following the granting of planning permission by West Lancashire Borough Council for a retail/office development in Tarleton, there is a Section 106 commitment to support the introduction of a zebra crossing on Church Road, close to the development.
The works will be fully funded by a Section 106 Agreement under the Town & Country Planning Act 1990. These Section 106 funds are held by West Lancashire Borough Council and will be transferred to the county council for the design and construction phases.
Cabinet approved the recommendation as set out in the report.
