County Councillor Geoff Driver, the Leader of the County Council* approved the Gating Orders affecting the highways in Burnley, Preston, Fylde and Chorley as detailed in the report, that are the subject of the 2012 Gating Order Review, to remain in force without variation.
*The Leader is asked to consider this report following the declaration of a personal interest by the Cabinet Member for Highways and Transport.
