The current contract of one of the Pension
Fund Independent advisers, Aoifinn Devitt is due to end on 28
February 2017.
Due to this being a valuation year, the ongoing review of the
investment strategy and the transition to the Local Pensions
Partnership it is considered necessary to extend this
contract.
It is preferable to retain this adviser with existing knowledge of
the Fund, rather than looking to recruitment a new independent
adviser to meet the terms of reference of the Pension Fund
Committee and the Investment Panel
