The Provision of a Digital Autopsy Service within Lancashire

Approval was given to the waiving of Procurement Rule 9 (Contract Procurement Activity Requirements for Services and Supplied by Value) to enable the County Council to enter into a contract for the provision of Digital Autopsy Reports (CT Scans) for use by the Coroner's Service and to authorise the Director of Governance, Finance and Public Services to take the necessary action.
