Queen Street Mill Museum and Helmshore Textile Mills Museum closed to the public at large on 30 September 2016. There has been no formal application from prospective new operators of the Mills museums and consequently a number of options for their future have been explored.
This is deemed to be a Key Decision and the provisions of Standing Order 25 have been complied with.
