Contract Extension for the Health Visitors/School Nurses Service

 

 

As a result of an ongoing legal challenge to the procurement exercise for the provision of health visitor and school nursing services, it is necessary to request approval to extend the contracts with the current providers as set out in this report, in order that this statutory service can continue to be provided.

 

This is deemed to be a Key Decision and the provisions of Standing Order No. 26 have been complied with.
