Works to Operational Premises

This report outlines the capital works required at four operational premises, in order to deliver remedial and repair works to address health and safety and condition.


The report sets out the proposals for the allocation of funding within the capital programme during 2018/19 from the unallocated monies from the capital allocation for Property Review. 


This is deemed to be a Key Decision and the provisions of Standing Order C20 have been complied with.
