Works to Operational Premises

 

 

This report outlines the capital works required at four operational premises, in order to deliver remedial and repair works to address health and safety and condition.

 

The report sets out the proposals for the allocation of funding within the capital programme during 2018/19 from the unallocated monies from the capital allocation for Property Review. 

 

This is deemed to be a Key Decision and the provisions of Standing Order C20 have been complied with.

Explanation of anticipated restriction:
Exempt information as defined in Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the
Local Government Act 1972. The report contains information relating to the financial
or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that
information). It is considered that in all the circumstances of the case the public
interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the
information.
