Proposal to Transfer Care and Support in Shared Households for Adults with Learning Disabilities provided by Lancashire Care Foundation Trust to the Lancashire County Council's Adult Disability Service

 

 

The report proposes the transfer of staff and service users from the current provider organisation to the County Council's Adult Disability service.The county council's Adult Services has been reviewing all similar supported living schemes and is firmly of the view that a transfer of responsibility to the county council will achieve the required remodelling and efficiencies required.

 

This is deemed to be a Key Decision and the provisions of Standing Order C20 have been complied with.
