This report sets out proposals to develop a Section 75 Partnership Agreement to formalise and strengthen the commissioning arrangements which have become established for the supply of community equipment between the County Council and NHS Commissioning organisations. Such an agreement will have the benefit of ensuring commissioning responsibilities are clearly set out and understood regarding key areas such as funding, performance, standards, procurement and supplier relationship management.
