I, County Councillor Michael Green, as a member or co-opted voting member of Lancashire County Council have set out below the pecuniary interests (sections 1 to 7) and the non-pecuniary interests (sections 8 and 9) which I am required to disclose under the council's Code of Conduct for members and co-opted voting members, and I have put "none" where I have no such interests under any heading.
"Pecuniary and Non-pecuniary interest" means an interest which is my interest, my spouse's or civil partner's or the interests of somebody I am living with as a husband or wife, or as civil partners and I am aware that the other person has the interest. (NB. These people are referred to below as "the relevant person")

I am an elected member of Lancashire County Council and a cabinet member at that authority.
I am not employed, but I am elected by the residents of the division in which I live.
I am an elected member of South Ribble Borough Council.
I am not employed, but I am elected by the residents of the ward in which I live.
I act as an exam invigilator at the Academy@Worden, Westfield Drive, Leyland.
This is on a casual basis, as required.
2. (Pecuniary Interest - Sponsorship) Any payment or provision of any other financial benefit (other than from the county council) made or provided within the relevant period in respect of any expenses incurred by me in carrying out duties as a member, or towards my election expenses. This includes any payment or financial benefit from a trade union within the meaning of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992:
