The proposals are being pursued as part of a
s278 Agreement under the Highways Act 1980 as part of a new housing
development which will introduce further traffic movements around
Tithebarn Street.
The purpose of the proposal is to upgrade the existing bus stops to
quality bus stop clearways. This is to allow the buses to pull in
and out safely and allow for effective enforcement.
