Employment Committee are asked to approve the LPPL Pay proposals for 2025/26

Decisions:

(Not for Publication – Exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act, 1972.  It is considered that in all the circumstances of the case the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interests in disclosing the information).

 

Sean Greene, Head of Service Pension Fund Client, presented a private and confidential report in relation to the pay proposals made by the Local Pensions Partnership Limited including separating the previously combined remuneration policies for Local Pensions Partnership Investment Limited and Local Pensions Partnership Administration Limited.

 

Resolved: That

 

  1. The proposed changes to the Local Pensions Partnership Investment Limited (LPPI) and Local Pensions Partnership Administration Limited (LPPA) Remuneration Policies as set out at Appendices 'A' and 'B' of the report respectively, be approved;
  2. The proposed remuneration (including target bonuses) of the Chief Executive Officer of the Local Pensions Partnership Limited (LPPL) and Managing Director of Local Pensions Partnership Administration Limited (LPPA) for 2025/26, as set out at Appendix 'C' of the report, be approved;
  3. The 2025/26 Pay Grade Structures for the Local Pensions Partnership Investment Limited (LPPI) and the Local Pensions Partnership Administration Limited (LPPA) as set out at Appendices 'E' and 'F' respectively of the report, be approved;
  4. The proposed remuneration (including target bonuses) of the Local Pensions Partnership Investment Limited (LPPI) Chief Risk Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Investment Officer and Local Pensions Partnership Administration Limited (LPPA) Director of Finance, People and Culture, as set out in Appendix 'D' of the report, be noted; and
  5. That a further report on remuneration will be presented to the Employment Committee at a future meeting when the information was available be noted.
