Committee to second the Chief Executive / Head of Paid Service of
the County Council to the Lancashire County Combined Authority
(LCCA) as the Section 73 Officer.
Decisions:
The Employment Committee considered a report requesting to partially second the county council's Chief Executive and Head of Paid Service to the Lancashire County Combined Authority as the Lancashire County Combined Authority Chief Finance Officer (Section 73 Officer).
Resolved: That, following Mark Wynn's appointment as the Chief Executive and Head of Paid Service of the county council by Full Council on 26 February 2025, he be partially seconded to the Lancashire Combined County Authority as the Chief Finance Officer (Section 73 Officer).
