Authority is sought to proceed with engrossment of the S106 agreement in relation to planning application 'Land adjoining Woodfield Tabley Lane, Higher Bartle, Preston' (06/20024/0023). The agreement will secure a secondary education contribution for the provision of 3 secondary school places. The contribution secured will be either £82,476.00 for permanent expansion or £86,736.00 for provision of additional places at a new school. The contribution will be adjusted by BCIS Indexation at point of payment. The primary education requirement of 6 places will be mitigated by Community Infrastructure Levy contributions.
