In 2018 LCC took the decision not to pursue the purchase of land safeguarded for a new school, instead opting to deliver additional places at existing local schools. The applicant is seeking to remove the land purchase option via a Section 106 Deed of Variation in relation to planning application 3/2013/0137 (& RM3/2014/0043).
