Purpose:

A number of projects across the £3.661m Drainage Defects and Drainage Structural Maintenance programmes have overspent and have outstanding costs, while others have remining funds. As the end of the 2024/25 financial year approaches these budgets are required to balance the individual budgets within the scope of the overall programme.

Transfer from PPMS ID 14714 23/24 £3.661m Hyndburn Drainage £75,000 to cover budget deficits within the £3.661m Drainage Defects programme.
Transfer from PPMS ID 14715 23/24 £3.661m Lancaster Drainage £10,000 to cover budget deficits within the £3.661m Drainage Defects programme.
Total £85,000

Transfer from PPMS ID 14715 23/24 £3.661m Lancaster Drainage £110,000 to cover budget deficits within the Drainage Structural Maintenance programme.
Transfer £200,000 from Trawl 2 PPMS review, as approved by Matt Townsend 01/04/2025 to cover budget deficits within the Drainage Structural Maintenance programme. Total £310,000
