Purpose:

Proposed amendments to the Highways, Bridges Maintenance Capital Programme

Executive Summary.

 

Head of Service is asked to approve the reallocation of funds within the above programme to allow projects to be closed and financially reconciled ahead of the Financial Year end. The amounts detailed will allow outstanding, unprocessed cost items costs to be settled. Details of the proposed reallocations are as follows:

 

Transfer a total of £9841.46 from completed project id 14935 24/25 30423 Church Brow Retaining Wall to the following projects to allow them to be reconciled

£1000 to project 12764 22/23 6602 Peel Road

£2000.23 to project 12780 22/23 4661 Yorkshire Street Aqueduct

£300 to project 12779 22/23 1000B Carr Road Canal

£3500 to project 13984 23/24 6188 Worsley Park

£325.31 to project 11454 21/22 Moor Street Railway Bridge

£2715.92 to project 13990 23/24 1072 Grindleton

The reallocations are between completed projects in the same programme and there is no change to the total approved budget.

Budget allocations are regularly reviewed to ensure the programme is delivered within available resources and completed project budgets reconciled.
