Decision Maker: Director of Highways and Transport
Decision status: Recommendations Approved
Is Key decision?: No
The purpose of the proposed 20mph speed limit
is to improve the safety of motorised and non-motorised users with
a reduction in the speed limit. The proposal will mitigate
additional traffic flows from the new housing development and new
access on Goosnargh Lane. The speed limit signs on Mill Lane
require to be relocated due to the position of the new site
access.
