To update the Board on the risks related to
the Lancashire County Pension Fund. A full review of the register
is required this quarter and the key risks to be considered in
detail are highlighted below.
(Exempt information as defined in Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972. It was considered that in all the circumstances of the case the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighed the public interest in disclosing the information).
Mr Almond, Senior Governance Pensions Officer, presented a report on various risks associated with the operation of the Fund and highlighted key risks relating to the provision of statutory information, the governance of the Fund, and compliance with McCloud requirements.
Resolved: The Board noted the full risk register, the streamlined risks and approved the closure of risk T5 and the recommended amendments to risks O1 and O4 as set out in the report presented.
