This report presents the results of the 2024
CEM Benchmarking Survey which LPPA participated in to understand
how they compare against their peers.

Mr Fisher, Commercial Manager from Local Pensions Partnership Administration Ltd (LPPA) presented a report on the results of the Cost Effectiveness Measurement (CEM) Benchmarking Survey of LPPA against a peer group of administration service providers.
In considering the report the Board noted the areas where LPPA had scored higher that the peer group, and areas which had been identified for improvement. In conclusion the Chair stated that the benchmarking exercise had established a baseline for the LPPA, that the Board would continue to monitor performance, and would expect to see improvements in the future.
Resolved: The Board notedthe findings set out in the report and the actions taken by Local Pensions Partnership Administration Ltd regarding the areas of improvement identified by the CEM benchmarking exercise.
