Community, Cultural, and Corporate Services Scrutiny Committee - Thursday, 28th September, 2023 10.30 am

Members of the public are welcome to attend our meetings to watch them in person at any of the venues across the County. Meetings held in County Hall will be webcast, and we encourage people to view them that way. If you want to attend a meeting in person at any of the venues, note that there may not be space to maintain a social distance from others in the meeting room. We respect your individual choice whether to wear a mask – they are not mandatory, but some people feel more comfortable wearing one. You should not attend if you have tested positive for Coronavirus or if you have any symptoms of Coronavirus.

10.	Urgent Business An item of urgent business may only be considered under this heading where, by reason of special circumstances to be recorded in the minutes, the chair of the meeting is of the opinion that the item should be considered at the meeting as a matter of urgency. Wherever possible, the chief executive should be given advance warning of any member's intention to raise a matter under this heading.
11.	Date of Next Meeting The next meeting of the Community, Cultural and Corporate Services Scrutiny Committee will be held on Thursday 9 November 2023 at 10.30 am in Committee Room B – The Diamond Jubilee Room, County Hall, Preston.
