Following consultation with the Chair and Deputy Chair of the Urgency Committee, the Director of Law and Governance approved the re-allocation of the county council's 12 votes from CC Phillippa Williamson to CC Graham Gooch at the annual meeting of the Local Government Association's General Assembly on 2 July 2024.
