Reason for urgency:
This decision is urgent and cannot await the next meeting of the Urgency Committee. The reason for this is that appointments are required to be made ahead of the inaugural meeting of the Lancashire Combined County Authority on 11 March. This decision is therefore being taken on behalf of the Urgency Committee by the Director of Law and Governance in accordance with the provisions of Standing Order D15(1).
