This report is seeking approval of the
Children Looked After Sufficiency Strategy (2025-2028). This
Strategy sets out how Lancashire County Council intends to meet its
Sufficiency Duty for the children we look after, improve the
quality and choice of homes, ensure value for money and minimise
the likelihood of suitable homes not being available
locally.
