Statutory Social Care Annual Report for 2017/18
The Council has a legal obligation to publish
a complaints and customer feedback report on social care statutory
complaints on an annual basis. There are two statutory procedures,
both different: one for CYP social care complaints and one for
adult social care complaints.
This report covers a review of the operation of the complaints process and the learning from social care complaints between 1 April 2017 and 31 March 2018.
