This report sets out a recommendation following the completion of a tender process in accordance with the County Council's standing orders, to approve the award of contracts to enable the creation of a framework to carry out repairs and maintenance work.

This is deemed to be a Key Decision and the provisions of Standing Order No. 25 have been complied with.

The Committee considered a report on the proposed appointment of contractors to a framework for the provision of Reactive Repairs and Maintenance and Planned Maintenance Works up to a value of £60,000.  

Resolved:  That the recommendation set out in the report to the Leader of the County Council be noted, and that no additional comments or suggested alternative recommendations be made.
