Purpose:

This report sets out a recommendation, following completion of a tender process conducted in accordance with the County Council's standing orders, to approve the award of contracts for the delivery of an Advocacy Service across Lancashire.

 

This is deemed to be a Key Decision and the provisions of Standing Order No 25 have been complied with.

 

Decisions:

Resolved:- That the recommendation set out in the report to the Cabinet Member for Adult and Community Services be noted, and that no additional comments or suggested alternative recommendations be made.
