Proposals for the delivery of the Cuerden Strategic Development Site.

This is deemed to be a Key Decision and compliance with Standing Order No 25 (where a Notification should be published 28 days in advance of a decision being taken) was impracticable due to the challenging timescales we are working to, whichhave resulted in the need for the report to be considered by the December Cabinet meeting prior to the submission of a planning permission later that month.

(Exempt information as defined in Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act, 1972.  It was considered that in all the circumstances of the case the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighed the public interest in disclosing the information)

Cabinet received a report providing an update on proposals to bring forward the development of the Cuerden Strategic Regional Investment Site.

Resolved: That the recommendations, as set out in the report, be approved.
