County Councillor Aidy Riggott considered and refused a Local Member Grant of £180 to Chorley Clients Forum towards the cost of the hire of a meeting room, telephone, and tablet with Wi-Fi internet access, laptop with word, refreshments, paper/card, ink, diversionary activities and travel costs.
The reason for the rejection is the County Councillor Riggott wishes to support organisations that support youth initiatives or work to combat social isolation within his electoral division.
