County Councillor Steve Holgate considered and approved at a reduced amount a Local Member Grant of £300 to Chorley Clients Forum towards the cost of the hire of a meeting room, telephone, and tablet with Wi-Fi internet access, laptop with word, refreshments, paper/card, ink, diversionary activities and travel costs.
The reason for the reduction is County Councillor Holgate wishes to support as many organisations within his electoral division as possible.
