County Councillor Liz Oades refused a Local Member Grant of £640 to Horse + Bamboo Theatre towards the annual Lancashire Arts Exchange on 20 October at Lytham Hall.
The reason for the rejection is that Councillor Oades has been approached by a number of groups within her Division and she would prefer to support small groups in her area who do not have access to wider funding and who provide activities for a wide range of people in Fylde East.
