The Committee conducted further interviews for senior officer posts under the Council's new employee structure.

Resolved: 

That, subject to no objections being received from the Cabinet, the Committee proposes to make an offer of appointment to senior officer positions as follows:

i.  Tony Pounder - Director of Adult Services

ii.  Bob Stott - Director of Children's Services
