The Committee considered a report on the proposed termination of the Executive Director of Adult and Community Services' contract of employment on the grounds of redundancy. 

Resolved:

That, subject to no objection being made to the Leader by any member of the Cabinet, the proposed termination of the Executive Director of Adult and Community Services' contract of employment on the grounds of redundancy be agreed on the basis set out in the report.
