revised cost plan to secure the delivery of the Cuerden Strategic Site.
The revised cost plan identifies significant increases and changes
to the previous plan reported to Cabinet in September 2017
Cabinet is asked to consider and approve the additional borrowing
required, to support the delivery of the Cuerden Strategic Site.
This is deemed to be a Key Decision and the provisions of Standing
Order No. 25 have been complied with.
The Cabinet deferred consideration of this report.
